I. Changes to Dates and Refunds

1. Stadimatch does not guarantee that the Match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date.

2. In the event of the postponement of a Match before kick-off you will automatically be entitled to attend the rearranged Match upon presentation of your original purchase confirmation receipt.

3. In the event of the abandonment of a Match after kick-off you will be entitled to free admission to any rearranged Match upon presentation of your Ticket.

4. In the event that a match is forced to be held ‘behind closed doors’ or the postponed or abandoned Match is:

(i) not re-arranged; or

(ii) a Ticket holder is unable to attend a rearranged Match, Ticket holders shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with The FA’s Ticket Refund Policy.

5. Stadimatch will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel or accommodation costs.

 

II. Substitution requests

1. If you are unable to attend the event we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost. All requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 24 hours before the event with the name and contact email and/or phone for both the registered and new attendee.

 

III. Cancellation request

1. In the event on inability to attend the purchased match or event, cancellation notice must be received by Stadimatch in writing (via email) indicating customer’s choice between:

(i) Holding a credit on the Stadimatch website to be used for future purchases to any other match or event.

(ii) Requesting a full refund, partial refund + Stadimatch credit, or transferring funds to a friend.

2. No show on the day of the match without previous cancellation request will lead to no right for refund.
