Make a video about your community. Submission deadline is xx/xx/xx.
Current and prospective UCFB students are invited to take part in a competition to shout loud and proud about their local football teams and the community that surrounds each.
In conjunction with Stadimatch, a company run by UCFB graduate Jason Thomas, the competition will run in two phases. For the first, entrants are tasked with creating a video, no longer than two minutes, talking about why their club is special, what it means to them and to the local community, and how the COVID-19 crisis has affected it.
For the second phase entrants will head out into the community and speak to three small local businesses located around the stadium, when it is safe to do so, to ask them a number of similar questions.
As well as some great prizes on offer, listed below, submitted clips will be used to create a short documentary on the sudden halt of football and its impact on communities and local businesses during COVID-19. The aim of the film is to highlight the importance of football to our communities, how local businesses have coped, and how they plan to recover.
The competition is run by Stadimatch directly.
Prizes include:
First Prize
£150 Amazon voucher
or a uni starter pack voucher
Second Prize
£100 Amazon voucher
or a uni starter pack voucher
Third Prize
£50 Amazon voucher

All competition entrants will be automatically entered into a draw to win a pair of match day tickets for a QPR or Fulham game when fans can return to watch live matches.
Judges will be looking for passion, creativity, knowledge of football in the community and how it’s been affected by COVID-19 in entrants’ videos. By participating, entrants will gain and experience a number of skills including research, marketing, presenting and public speaking.
The deadline for entries is <<>>, and can be sent to <>.
